A city of around 30,000 people on I-4 half an hour to the east of Tampa, this is a place any ape worth the name would be happy to be. They have an actually international festival around the end of February every year dedicated to strawberries. Now we know some of you might be allergic to them or just not like them enough to be excited about it, but it means more than just strawberries. It means that there is a lot of other fruits and produce is grown around here and fresh food locally grown means cheaper meals and better quality. It also means that there is land here, not just an urban center. Buying a home here can mean that you have property enough around it so that you can stop worrying about noisy neighbors and just enjoy some company when you really want it.

Another great thing is that the original town name was Ichepucksassa. We’re so happy that they changed it. One of our friends tried to pronounce it and dislocated his jaw.
