Ruskin is one of the small farming communities half an hour drive to the south of Tampa along Florida Route 45 south. Home to over 8,000, this growing suburb was originally agriculturally dominated, but with over the past few decades more homes have been built to answer the needs of a growing Tampa population. The community still has a very rural feel and getting in now would be smart as more apes are eying the place. Best to get in while there are still affordable places to build and buy.
